The Customer Award Programme Description
The Customer Award Programme is simple. Each time you place an order, your account is credited with sections of a virtual chocolate bar (zBar®). The number of sections credited depends upon the size of your order. You can view your progress at any time by viewing accumulated awards on your account.
Once you have accumulated five full zBars®, we ship five real ones to you FREE OF CHARGE – zChocolat covers all shipping and handling charges. For each order, your zBars® are credited as soon as your product ships. As soon as you accumulate 5 zBars®, you must redeem them within 2 years or you lose them.

How to earn zBars®?
When you place your first order or join as a new member, zChocolat credits your account with a full zBar® as a welcome gift.
Each time you order any one of our products, your account is automatically credited with a certain number of sections/zBars®.
